Meet Shantal Moeko

An entrepreneur, speaker, content creator, wellness coach, and woman on a mission. I believe in healing, purpose, and living intentionally both in faith and action.

My path has been full of growth, transformation, and learning. I’ve always had a deep passion for healthy living, physically, mentally, and spiritually, and seeing women emerge stronger, filled with purpose.

From my early days as a fitness trainer and wellness coach to now, building communities rooted in faith, wellness, and purpose, I’ve learned that true wellness starts from the inside out. I’ve also had seasons of struggle and surrender, times when I had to stop, listen, and realign. They’ve shaped me, refined me.

I founded Wholesome Women’s World as a space where I wish someone had given me, earlier, a place where women are free to heal, grow, and build lives by design, not by default. Through wellness, movement, mindful community, and spirituality, I aim to help women build: Strong bodies, Sound minds, and Successful businesses

One of the ways I share this mission is through The Wholesome Women Podcast (WWP), a platform where we explore what it means to live a happy, healthy, and holy life. Topics include faith, family, fitness, mindset, relationships, finances, and more.

Beliefs That Guide Me. Your story matters, the hard parts, the healing, the journey. They aren’t obstacles; they are part of your gift. Intentionality is not perfection. It’s choosing what matters, aligning with values, and making daily decisions that draw you closer to your best self. Community is sacred. We grow best when we heal and walk together. Faith is foundational. Without grounding in something greater than myself, purpose becomes blurry.

Beyond work and mission, I’m a wife, and both my husband and I care deeply about wellness, and we believe in supporting each other, growing together, and centring God in our partnership.

My mission is to help women reconnect with their power and purpose, not in someone else’s image, but in their own. To create a safe, soulful, supportive space where healing, courage, and growth take place.
